Welcome to Harmony Yoga & Dance
Mariko Fusillo
is the owner and director of Harmony Yoga and Dance. She has
been teaching 28 years as Yoga, dance and Pilates
instructor, Yoga Therapist, personal trainer, meditation
guide, Reiki Master, and healer at the studio as well.
Approximately 15 years ago, Ms. Fusillo envisioned
overseeing and coordinating the activities at a center like
Harmony Yoga & Dance. She made her dream a reality in
creating this studio where she integrates and applies her
skills and experience to meet the needs of students of all
ages and ability levels, whether they wish to enrich their
daily or spiritual lives or overcome specific physical
challenges. This a haven where people may grow in many
different ways and learn from teachers, from one another,
and from insights that unfold as they discover significant
aspects of their own being.
